We offer multiple shipping options depending on the product type, brand, supplier, and delivery location. In certain cases, products are fulfilled and shipped directly from our authorized suppliers or fulfillment partners.

All available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery timelines are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

At this time, international shipping and shipping outside the contiguous United States are not available unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout.

Order Confirmation & Availability Verification

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email, confirming that we have received your order and authorized your payment.

We then verify product availability with the applicable supplier or fulfillment partner. If an item is unavailable or on backorder, we will notify you and provide available options, including order cancellation or replacement where applicable.

When Will My Order Ship?

If your item is in stock and payment is successfully processed, orders typically ship within up to 1-3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

If you do not receive tracking details within 6 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on the product, brand, supplier, shipping method, and destination. it will take time to ship 4 to 12 business days

Unless otherwise stated on the product page or during checkout, most orders are delivered within 5 to 15 business days after shipment.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

Orders may ship using one or more of the following carriers, depending on the product and supplier:

  • UPS Ground
  • FedEx Ground
  • USPS
  • Freight and logistics carriers for oversized or heavy items

Carrier selection and tracking details will be provided once the order has shipped.

Freight Deliveries & Delivery Appointments

Certain large or heavy items are shipped via freight delivery.

  • Residential freight deliveries may include lift-gate service when required
  • Freight carriers may contact customers to schedule a delivery window
  • Customers are responsible for being available to receive freight deliveries

Business deliveries are expected to be staffed during standard business hours.

Unloading & Delivery Responsibility

Standard freight deliveries are curbside delivery only, even when lift-gate service is included.

  • Drivers are not responsible for moving items beyond the curb
  • Inside delivery, garage placement, or room-of-choice service is not included unless explicitly purchased

Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate assistance is available to receive the shipment.

Inspecting Your Shipment

All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery.

Customers should:

  • Check packages for visible damage or shortages
  • Note any issues on the delivery receipt
  • Take photos of damaged packaging or products

Failure to document issues at delivery may affect claim eligibility.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Do not refuse delivery
  • Document damage on the delivery receipt
  • Take clear photos
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Damaged items must be retained until the carrier claim process is completed.

Lift-Gate, Accessorial & Limited Access Services

Lift-gate service may be required for locations without a loading dock or forklift and may be included or charged separately depending on the product.

Additional services such as inside delivery, re-delivery, address changes, storage, or limited access may result in extra charges, which are the responsibility of the customer unless prepaid at checkout.

Delivery Refusal

Refusing delivery for reasons not approved in writing may result in:

  • Original shipping charges
  • Return or re-delivery fees
  • Applicable restocking fees

Freight deliveries are curbside only unless otherwise specified.

Lost or Misrouted Shipments

In rare cases, shipments may be delayed or misdirected by the carrier. The carrier may require additional time to locate the shipment before a claim can be filed.

Replacement shipments may be issued only after carrier confirmation or claim resolution.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • A 20% restocking fee may apply depending on the product and supplier
  • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval
