The CL4G arrives as a flat-packed kit and assembles using the included mounting and fastener kit. Place on a level outdoor surface using the included foundation beams. A compatible sauna heater is required and sold separately; refer to the heater's installation manual for electrical requirements and safety clearances. LED lighting connects to the included 90W power supply and is controlled via the wireless handheld remote or Wi-Fi app. The lighting system is expandable to support up to 4 white LED light sources. Refer to the included installation manual and LED light system installation manual for full assembly guidance.

2-year limited warranty (consumer use). Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from improper installation or misuse, cosmetic damage, or unauthorized modifications. Contact support@marterraelements.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 to 3 business days. Warranty is non-transferable and requires original proof of purchase.

Saunalife Warranty

Flat rate freight of $950 to the contiguous United States. Remote or complex delivery areas may not qualify. Delivery is by special appointment on a wooden pallet with curbside delivery only; customers may be contacted prior to shipping to confirm logistics and ensure a smooth installation experience. Sauna heater systems and accessories ordered together may ship in a protective box on top of the sauna crate at no additional charge.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery and require prior approval before anything is sent back. Please reach out to support@marterraelements.com to get the process started. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with original packaging intact. Change of mind returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
