At the heart of the Cozy O TW is its circular rim design, which enhances the heater's appearance while helping distribute heat evenly throughout your sauna space. Cozy stoves are engineered for efficiency and sustainability, achieving strong combustion efficiency that results in lower emissions and a 25-40% reduction in firewood consumption, earning Germany's highest certification standard, EN 15821:2010, BImSchV DIN EN 13240, Level 2.

The sauna stove carries a manufacturer's warranty of 24 months from the date of purchase, proven by a purchase slip. The warranty covers defects due to manufacturing errors. It does not cover effects caused by the joint effect of temperature and steaming water, including metal deformations, effects on surface covering, or effects on door glass.

This sauna heater system requires a scheduled delivery appointment. It arrives on a wooden pallet, encased in three-ply cardboard for protection. The driver is responsible for delivery only and will provide limited assistance at the site. We may contact you prior to shipping to confirm delivery details and discuss any circumstances that could affect delivery.
