Unlike countertop hydrogen machines, the Echo Flow installs under your sink and connects to your existing water supply — sharing space with your current setup rather than replacing it. An internal pump delivers a flow rate of up to 1.2 liters per minute to multiple endpoints simultaneously, including faucets, refrigerators, and ice makers. The proprietary Echo Hydrogen Module infuses molecular hydrogen directly into the water without altering its pH. The system requires no filters of its own — it works downstream from a pre-existing RO or whole-house filtration system. The included Echo RO/Server Faucet is a secondary faucet that installs in an existing accessory hole without replacing your primary faucet. Requires a pre-existing reverse osmosis or whole-house filtration system with a minimum water pressure of 10 PSI. An electrical outlet is required under the sink — can share power with a garbage disposal. The secondary faucet installs in a 15/16" to 1" diameter hole in your countertop or sink — many homes already have an existing accessory hole for a soap dispenser. The Echo Flow connects to multiple endpoints including faucets, refrigerators, and ice makers. Full installation instructions provided via digital manual included with purchase. Year 1 is fully covered at no cost. Coverage reduces on a pro-rated schedule in subsequent years — diagnostic fees and labor at $125/hr apply from year 2 onward, discounted according to the warranty schedule. Some products offer a repair option; others are replacement only.

Not covered: accidental damage, drops, battery performance, staining, exposure to harsh chemicals or freezing temperatures, software or app issues not affecting internal operation, or results from after-market testing meters or blue reagents.

Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery. We stand fully behind our products — if you're not completely satisfied, contact support@marterraelements.com to initiate a return. All returns must be approved before sending anything back. Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and in original packaging with proof of purchase. Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided via email.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. If you no longer have access to the original payment method, store credit can be requested at the time of your return.

Not eligible for return: water filters removed from protective packaging, items marked final sale or closeout, gift cards, Echo Care, items received free as part of a bundle or promotion, or damaged items that do not qualify for warranty coverage.

For damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, contact support@marterraelements.com within 2 weeks of delivery with photos of the item and outer packaging. If your order shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, please allow a 3 business day waiting period before reaching out. Orders with no tracking updates for 7 business days may be considered lost in transit.
