The Echo Ultimate produces four distinct types of water for drinking, skincare, cleaning, and household use. Its 5-stage filtration system removes up to 99% of contaminants including heavy metals, pesticides, chlorine, chloramines, bacteria, viruses, glyphosate, and radiation — with third-party testing confirming glyphosate removal to non-detectable levels. Four levels of alkaline water provide incrementally increasing pH for different applications, while four levels of acidic water serve as a natural disinfectant for skincare, oral hygiene, kitchen cleaning, and produce sterilization. Countertop installation uses the included diverter valve — connects directly to your existing faucet, no plumbing required. Under-counter installation requires the optional Echo Digital Faucet (sold separately), which installs in a secondary opening at the corner of the sink and does not replace your existing primary faucet. Full installation instructions provided via video and digital manual included with purchase. Consult a qualified plumber if unsure about under-counter installation.

Year 1 is fully covered at no cost. Coverage reduces on a pro-rated schedule in subsequent years — diagnostic fees and labor at $125/hr apply from year 2 onward, discounted according to the warranty schedule. Some products offer a repair option; others are replacement only.

Not covered: accidental damage, drops, battery performance, staining, exposure to harsh chemicals or freezing temperatures, software or app issues not affecting internal operation, or results from after-market testing meters or blue reagents.

Free shipping insurance is included with every order — if something goes wrong during shipping, contact support@marterraelements.com and we'll handle the claim with the carrier on your behalf.

Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery. We stand fully behind our products — if you're not completely satisfied, contact support@marterraelements.com to initiate a return. All returns must be approved before sending anything back. Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and in original packaging with proof of purchase. Once approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided via email.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. If you no longer have access to the original payment method, store credit can be requested at the time of your return.

Not eligible for return: water filters removed from protective packaging, items marked final sale or closeout, gift cards, Echo Care, items received free as part of a bundle or promotion, or damaged items that do not qualify for warranty coverage.

For damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, contact support@marterraelements.com within 2 weeks of delivery with photos of the item and outer packaging. If your order shows as delivered but hasn't arrived, please allow a 3 business day waiting period before reaching out. Orders with no tracking updates for 7 business days may be considered lost in transit.
