Infrared — Finnmark's UL-listed Spectrum Plus™ short-wave incoloy infrared heaters penetrate deep into muscle and tissue, producing a cleaner, more efficient sweat — up to 25 times more effective than standard carbon panel heaters. Core body temperature rises naturally, improving circulation, lowering blood pressure, and accelerating recovery.

Traditional Steam — The included Harvia KIP Series B 4.5kW sauna heater uses vulcanite stones to radiate even, intense heat. Ladle water onto the rocks for an authentic Finnish steam experience; the löyly that no infrared heater can replicate. Reaches up to 190°F for a full traditional sauna session.

Red Light Therapy — A 192-diode medical-grade Spectrum Red Light™ panel delivers 650nm red light therapy directly into the skin, stimulating collagen production, enhancing cellular recovery, and rounding out the session with chromotherapy for complete mind-body restoration.

The included Harvia KIP Series B is a wall-mounted, UL-listed electric sauna heater designed and made in Finland. Stainless steel construction with industrial-grade serviceable heating elements, direct rock-to-element contact, and an exceptionally large rock capacity for rich, consistent steam.

Free shipping to the contiguous United States. This sauna ships on a wooden pallet by special appointment. Delivery is curbside only — the driver will lower items to ground level but will not bring them inside.
