Connect the panel to the included DC power adapter and plug into a standard outlet. Position the panel at your preferred distance and select your light mode and timer setting. For targeted treatment, use directly on or close to the body. For general space use, position to cover a wider area. Avoid direct eye exposure; protective eyewear is included. If you have light sensitivity, sensitive skin, or a darker skin tone, start with shorter sessions and lower brightness before building up. Clean with a soft dry cloth. Safe for use on pets; position gently and monitor throughout the session.
