A dedicated 240V single-phase circuit is required with 33.3A amperage. Professional electrical installation is recommended and must comply with all local electrical codes and regulations. Minimum ceiling height of 75" is required. The Xenio Wi-Fi control installs inside or outside the sauna room; refer to the included installation instructions for placement and wiring guidance. Download the Harvia app to configure Wi-Fi control, pre-heating schedules, and session management. Load stones to the fill line before first use.

1-year limited warranty covering residential and commercial use. Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow electrical requirements. Contact support@marterraelements.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 to 3 business days. Warranty is non-transferable and requires original proof of purchase.

Flat rate shipping of $195 to the contiguous United States. Delivered curbside on a wooden pallet.
