Harvia Warranty

This heater ships on a wooden pallet by scheduled appointment. Delivery is curbside only; the driver will not bring the unit inside, so we recommend arranging assistance in advance for moving and installation. We may contact you prior to shipping to confirm logistics and discuss any delivery circumstances that could affect the process.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery and require prior approval before anything is sent back. Please reach out to support@marterraelements.com to get the process started. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with original packaging intact. Change of mind returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
