Sauna Stones

A dedicated 240V single-phase circuit is required. Circuit breaker sizing, safety clearances, and wiring requirements are detailed in the included installation and operation manual. Installation by a licensed electrician is required. The DROP mounts to the wall using the included bracket. The UKU control installs inside or outside the sauna room and connects to lights and ventilation; refer to the manual for wiring guidance. Optional Wi-Fi module available separately for HUUM app remote control. Load stones to the fill line before first use.

3-year limited residential warranty / 1-year commercial warranty on both the DROP heater and UKU control. Heating elements are excluded from the commercial warranty. Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow electrical requirements. Contact support@marterraelements.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Warranty is non-transferable and requires original proof of purchase.

HUUM Warranty

Free shipping to the contiguous United States. Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for US customers. All returns must be approved prior to sending back; contact support@marterraelements.com to initiate. Items must be unused, undamaged, in original condition, with original packaging and accessories intact. Change of mind returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Proof of purchase required.
