A dedicated 240V single-phase circuit is required with 37.5A amperage and 8 AWG wire size. Circuit breaker sizing is detailed in the included installation and operation manual. Professional electrical installation is required and must comply with all local electrical codes and regulations. The UKU control panel installs inside or outside the sauna room; refer to the manual for placement and wiring guidance. For Wi-Fi enabled variants, download the HUUM app to configure remote control and pre-heating schedules. Load stones to the fill line before first use.

3-year limited residential warranty / 1-year commercial warranty. Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Heating elements are excluded from the commercial warranty. Does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow electrical requirements. This heater system ships on a wooden pallet encased in three-ply cardboard by scheduled appointment. Delivery is curbside only; the driver will provide limited on-site assistance. We may contact you prior to shipping to share delivery details and discuss any circumstances that could affect the process.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery and require prior approval before anything is sent back. Please reach out to support@marterraelements.com to get the process started. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with original packaging intact. Change of mind returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Proof of purchase required.
