3-year limited residential warranty / 1-year commercial warranty (excluding elements). Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, neglect, or failure to follow installation requirements. Warranty is non-transferable and requires original proof of purchase.

This stove ships on a wooden pallet encased in three-ply cardboard by scheduled appointment. Delivery is curbside only; the driver will provide limited on-site assistance. We may contact you prior to shipping to confirm logistics and discuss any delivery circumstances that could affect the installation. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery and require prior approval before anything is sent back. Please reach out to support@marterraelements.com to get the process started. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with original packaging intact. Change of mind returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
