Each barrel is handcrafted from high-quality Thermowood with a stainless steel interior and seat, and must pass multiple quality checks before leaving the factory. The three-stage filtration system cycles the entire water volume every six minutes, and the built-in ozonator eliminates the need for harsh chemicals. Temperature is managed through the Icetubs app or directly on the engine panel, and the insulated Thermo Cover maintains water temperature between sessions for energy efficiency. Optional matching Thermowood and stainless steel stairs integrate directly over the engine frame for unobtrusive access support.

2-year limited warranty (consumer) / 6-month (light commercial). Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from improper installation or misuse, cosmetic damage, unauthorized modifications, or shipping damage reported after 48 hours. Contact support@marterraelements.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 to 3 business days. Warranty is non-transferable and requires original proof of purchase.

Free shipping to the contiguous United States, though remote or complex delivery areas may not qualify. A scheduled delivery appointment is required, and we will contact you prior to shipping to share delivery details and discuss any circumstances that may affect the process. The barrel arrives on a wooden pallet; standard delivery is curbside only, with the driver lowering the item to ground level but not responsible for moving it to its final location.
