If your XP1 is not performing to specifications, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. The unit must be in working condition with no visible damage to the machine, accessories, or components. OxeFit will retain return shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee, and additional charges may apply for damage, abnormal wear, or missing parts. Any damage found during assessment will affect the refund amount and may void the 3-year limited warranty. Before a return can be scheduled, a minimum of 5 photos of the unit are required.
