Tin-lined interior requires gentle care; avoid high heat when the pan is empty, use wooden or silicone utensils only, and hand wash with warm soapy water. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order total. We ship through UPS, USPS, and DHL depending on package size and destination. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing before your order ships. We don't ship on weekends.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. All returns require prior approval before anything is sent back, so please reach out to support@marterraelements.com to get the process started. If you received a damaged item, email support@marterraelements.com immediately with photos of the damaged item, the item as it sat inside the box, all six sides of the outer box, and the shipping label. We are unable to process claims without these photos.

If something is missing from your order, give the packaging a thorough look first as we pack with recycled paper and smaller items can get tucked inside. If it's genuinely not there, contact support@marterraelements.com within 10 days of receiving your order.

If your package shows as delivered but is nowhere to be found, contact support@marterraelements.com immediately so we can open a carrier investigation. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, we are no longer able to issue a replacement or file a claim.
