Charge fully via USB-C before first use; a full charge takes approximately 3 to 3.5 hours and delivers 3 to 4 sessions. Wrap the device around the target area and secure with the adjustable velcro strap. Select your brightness level, 100% or 50%, and the built-in 20-minute timer will automatically end the session. The wrap is water-resistant but should not be submerged. Clean with a disinfectant wipe after use and air dry away from direct sunlight. Safe for use on pets; position gently over the target area and monitor throughout the session.
