Return Eligibility

You may return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it if it meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • All labels and tags are intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

To initiate a return, simply email us with your order number and reason for return.

Once reviewed, we’ll share next steps and, if needed, a Return Authorization Number.

Return Shipping

  • Please ship your return within 7 days of receiving authorization.
  • Use a trackable carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
  • Keep your tracking information until your return is confirmed.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds
