Mount the thermometer to the sauna wall at seated bench height for the most accurate temperature reading during sessions. Fill the bucket with water before entering the sauna and use the ladle to pour water directly onto the heated stones for steam. Set the sand timer at the start of your session to track session length. Hand wash all wooden components with warm water and dry thoroughly after use. Do not submerge wooden items or leave standing water in the bucket between sessions.
