2-year limited warranty (consumer use). Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from improper installation or misuse, cosmetic damage, or unauthorized modifications. Flat rate freight of $1,990 to the contiguous United States. Delivered via flatbed truck by special appointment with curbside delivery only; customers may be contacted prior to shipping to confirm logistics and ensure a smooth installation experience. Remote or complex delivery areas may not qualify for the flat rate. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery and require prior approval before anything is sent back.
