Exceptional 1.65" thick Nordic Spruce planks with interlocking V-joints create a robustly insulated structure that naturally accommodates wood expansion and contraction for an exacting, gap-free fit year after year. Hand-selected knotless Aspen benches and backrests with satin-smooth 1.1" thick bench tops deliver supreme bather comfort, while dotless dimmable LED lighting illuminates the interior indirectly, enhancing the natural warmth of the wood without any harsh hotspots. The 5/16" clear tempered glass door with a professional-quality door pull and sturdy hinges brings the outside in and showcases the craftsmanship throughout. A slanted roof with self-adhesive premium EPDM roofing keeps the elements out year-round, and the full floor keeps every session comfortable from the ground up. Compatible with a wood-fired stove or a 6kW electric heater, with a heater safety guard included.

The G2 features an interlocking beam construction designed for straightforward DIY assembly. Place on a level outdoor surface using the included foundation beams. A compatible sauna heater is required and sold separately; the G2 is compatible with electric stoves up to 6kW or wood-fired stoves — refer to your chosen heater's installation manual for electrical requirements and safety clearances. LED lighting connects to the included 90W power supply and is controlled via the wireless handheld remote or Wi-Fi app. Refer to the included installation instructions for full assembly guidance.

2-year limited warranty (consumer use). Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from improper installation or misuse, cosmetic damage, or unauthorized modifications. Contact support@marterraelements.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 to 3 business days. Warranty is non-transferable and requires original proof of purchase.

Flat rate freight of $950 to the contiguous United States. On rare occasions, remote or complex delivery areas may not qualify for this rate. Delivery is by special appointment on a wooden pallet with curbside delivery only; the driver lowers items to ground level and is not responsible for moving them to their final location. We often contact customers prior to shipping to share delivery details and discuss any circumstances that may affect the process. Sauna heater systems and accessories may ship in a protective box on top of the sauna crate at no additional charge; an additional freight charge may apply for secondary pallets required for heavy or fragile heaters.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery and require prior approval before anything is sent back. Please reach out to support@marterraelements.com to get the process started.
