The E6 arrives as a flat-packed kit and assembles using the included montage and fastener kit. Place on a level outdoor surface with adequate drainage access for the dual floor drains. A compatible sauna heater is required and sold separately; refer to the heater's installation manual for electrical requirements and safety clearances. LED lighting connects to the included Wi-Fi controller and is operated via the wireless handheld remote or app. Refer to the included installation instructions for full assembly guidance.

2-year limited warranty (consumer use). Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Does not cover normal wear and tear, damage from improper installation or misuse, cosmetic damage, or unauthorized modifications. Contact support@marterraelements.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 to 3 business days. Warranty is non-transferable and requires original proof of purchase.

Flat rate freight of $950 to the contiguous United States. Delivery is by special appointment on a wooden pallet with curbside delivery only; customers may be contacted prior to shipping to confirm logistics and ensure a smooth installation experience. Remote or complex delivery areas may not qualify for the flat rate. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery and require prior approval before anything is sent back.
