The Model S2N tub arrives fully assembled and pairs directly with the AP-1 chiller/heater via 3/4" NPT connections and included water hose lines. The rectangular 1.65" thick Thermo-Pine tub surround lasts up to twice as long as cedar with superior thermal resistance. The dark grey contoured fiberglass interior comfortably accommodates 2 bathers with 200 gallons of water capacity. Matching Thermo-Pine stairs and integrated drainage are included. The AP-1 delivers 3.05kW of cooling and 4.04kW of heating capacity with a built-in self-priming circulating system, ozone filtration, and plug-and-play setup from a standard 110V outlet. Full temperature control is available on the unit or through the iOS and Android app from anywhere.

2-year limited warranty (consumer use) on the AP-1 chiller/heater. Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications. Contact support@marterraelements.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Warranty is non-transferable and requires original proof of purchase.

Saunalife Warranty

$495 flat rate freight to the contiguous United States. Remote or complex delivery areas may not qualify for this rate. Delivery is by special appointment on a wooden pallet encased in wood for solid protection. Standard delivery is curbside only; the driver lowers the item to ground level but is not responsible for moving it to its final location. We will contact you prior to shipping to share delivery details and discuss any circumstances that may affect the process. Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for US customers. All returns must be approved prior to sending back; contact support@marterraelements.com to initiate. Items must be unused, undamaged, in original condition, with original packaging intact. Change of mind returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Proof of purchase required.
