Seven Himalayan salt spheres are positioned within the air stream so that salt ions are propelled throughout the sauna during every session. The AirIQ Wi-Fi control allows full remote management from the Saunum mobile app — set temperature, session duration, and sauna style, then schedule sessions for a specific day and time so your sauna is ready when you arrive.

A dedicated 240V single-phase circuit is required. Circuit breaker sizing, safety clearances, and wiring requirements are detailed in the included installation and operation manual. Installation by a licensed electrician is required. The AirIQ control panel installs outside the sauna room. Download the Saunum app (iOS and Android) to configure Wi-Fi control, weekly scheduling, and session profiles. An optional aromatherapy system is available separately. Load stones to the fill line before first use.

2-year limited warranty (consumer) / 1-year (commercial) on the Air 7 heater and AirIQ control. Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow electrical requirements. Contact support@marterraelements.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 to 3 business days. Warranty is non-transferable and requires original proof of purchase.

AirIQ Series Warranty

This heater system ships on a wooden pallet by scheduled appointment, encased in three-ply cardboard for solid protection. Delivery is curbside only; the driver will not bring the unit inside, so we recommend arranging assistance in advance for moving and installation. We may contact you prior to shipping to confirm logistics and discuss any delivery circumstances that could affect the process.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery and require prior approval before anything is sent back. Please reach out to support@marterraelements.com to get the process started. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition with original packaging intact. Change of mind returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
