Assembly typically requires two people, basic tools, and a few hours to complete. A licensed electrician must install the heater — required to maintain warranty coverage. The cabin is freestanding and sits directly on existing flooring — the surface must be level and water-resistant. Suitable flooring materials include concrete, ceramic tile, vinyl, or laminate. The cabin can be disassembled and relocated if necessary. Detailed installation instructions included — refer to the product manual for full guidelines.

1-year limited warranty. Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or failure to use a licensed electrician for heater installation. Free shipping to the contiguous United States. Delivered via flatbed trailer with pre-assembled panels. Customers are notified two weeks prior to the scheduled delivery date to allow time for preparation. A forklift is recommended for unloading — the sauna can also be offloaded manually piece by piece with 3 to 4 people in approximately 30 to 60 minutes. Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for US customers. All returns must be approved prior to sending back — contact support@marterraelements.com to initiate.
