Assembly typically requires two people, basic tools, and a few hours to complete. A licensed electrician must install the heater; this is required to maintain warranty coverage. The cabin is freestanding and sits directly on existing flooring; the surface must be level and water-resistant. Suitable flooring materials include concrete, ceramic tile, vinyl, or laminate. The corner-friendly layout fits naturally into interior spaces and the cabin can be disassembled and relocated if needed. Please ensure you are fully prepared to receive and assemble your sauna in accordance with the instructions provided in your manual.

1-year limited warranty. Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or failure to use a licensed electrician for heater installation. Warranty is non-transferable and requires original proof of purchase.

Free shipping to the contiguous United States, though remote or complex delivery areas may not qualify. The Lumaria is delivered via flatbed trailer with pre-assembled panels, and customers are contacted two weeks ahead of the scheduled delivery date to allow time for preparation. A forklift is recommended for unloading, though many customers successfully offload it manually piece by piece with 3 to 4 people in about 30 to 60 minutes.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. All returns require prior approval before anything is sent back, so please reach out to support@marterraelements.com to get the process started.
