The Vue arrives fully assembled and pre-wired for turnkey placement. A forklift or crane is required for positioning; manual offloading is not recommended at this weight. Install on a firm, level surface with slight drainage runoff; suitable surfaces include concrete, decking, pavers, or compacted gravel. A licensed electrician must install the heater, which is required to maintain warranty coverage. Please ensure all equipment and site conditions are ready at the time of delivery. 1-year limited warranty. Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or failure to use a licensed electrician for heater installation. Contact support@marterraelements.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 to 3 business days. Warranty is non-transferable and requires original proof of purchase.

The Vue ships via flatbed trailer fully assembled, and shipping is free. Customers are contacted two weeks prior to delivery to allow time for site preparation. Please note that a forklift or crane is required for placement as manual offloading is not recommended at this weight. The path from the delivery point to the placement site must be clear and accessible for equipment before delivery day.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery and require prior approval before anything is sent back. Please reach out to support@marterraelements.com to get the process started.
